SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Processing times may be longer during launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand.

SHIPPING COST

Okami Kulture currently offers free standard shipping on orders shipped to the countries and regions available at checkout. If a shipping charge applies to a particular destination or service, it will be displayed before payment.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery dates are shown on product pages or during checkout when available. Most orders are expected to arrive approximately 10–20 days after processing, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be emailed when it becomes available. Tracking can take several days to begin showing movement after a label is created. Some orders may arrive in separate packages and may have more than one tracking number.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us at greatowl569@gmail.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees charged by their country unless those charges were collected at checkout.

DELAYS, LOST PACKAGES, AND DELIVERY ISSUES

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, your order is past its estimated delivery window, or a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us at greatowl569@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll review the shipment and help determine the next step.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for additional details.
